Unlike many dog memorial urns, this one is designed to be seen. Warm wood, a beautiful breed design, and their name right there where you can see it. The kind of keepsake you'd want on the shelf, not tucked away in a cupboard.

Choose your dog's breed from the selector, then pop their name on it along with up to five lines of personalised text: line one up to 25 characters, line two up to 20, and lines three to five up to 25 characters each.

How do I add my personalisation?

Right here on this page — scroll to the personalisation form above the add-to-cart button. Pop in the name, dates and any message you'd like, then add to your basket. We'll use exactly what you've typed, so do double-check for typos.

Can I preview my personalisation before ordering?

We don't offer a visual preview at this stage, but what you type is what gets used. If you'd like to double-check anything before we start making it, drop us an email within an hour of ordering and we'll take a look.

What if I spot a typo after ordering?

Email us straight away — within an hour of placing the order if possible. As soon as production starts we can't make changes, but we'll always do our best.

How long does delivery take?

Most personalised gifts are dispatched within 3–5 working days. You'll get a shipping confirmation when it's on its way. UK delivery is typically 2–3 working days from dispatch.

Do you accept returns on personalised items?

Because each keepsake is made uniquely for you, we can't accept returns unless there's a fault or a mistake on our end. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email us with a photo and we'll put it right.

Do you ship outside the UK?

We post UK-wide as standard. For international orders, get in touch first and we'll see what we can arrange.
