About this led light

This one's lovely in a bedroom or living room — it cycles through soft colours and has a really calming effect, which is why it's one of our favourite dog memorial LED lights.

The acrylic panel is engraved with your boy or girl's name and a short message, and the base slowly shifts through soft reds, blues, greens and purples to fill the room with a gentle glow. A simple touch lets you settle on one colour or let it keep cycling.

Particularly lovely in children's rooms, where it doubles as a soothing night light and a quiet reminder that their best friend is never far away. Runs on 3 x AA batteries or the included USB cable (indoor use only).

Pop their name on line one (up to 12 characters) and a message on line two (up to 25 characters). All personalisation appears in uppercase.

How do I add my personalisation?

Right here on this page — scroll to the personalisation form above the add-to-cart button. Pop in the name, dates and any message you'd like, then add to your basket. We'll use exactly what you've typed, so do double-check for typos.

Can I preview my personalisation before ordering?

We don't offer a visual preview at this stage, but what you type is what gets used. If you'd like to double-check anything before we start making it, drop us an email within an hour of ordering and we'll take a look.

What if I spot a typo after ordering?

Email us straight away — within an hour of placing the order if possible. As soon as production starts we can't make changes, but we'll always do our best.

How long does delivery take?

Most personalised gifts are dispatched within 3–5 working days. You'll get a shipping confirmation when it's on its way. UK delivery is typically 2–3 working days from dispatch.

Do you accept returns on personalised items?

Because each keepsake is made uniquely for you, we can't accept returns unless there's a fault or a mistake on our end. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email us with a photo and we'll put it right.

Do you ship outside the UK?

We post UK-wide as standard. For international orders, get in touch first and we'll see what we can arrange.
