*** PEPE ***

This little boy is Pepe. Pepe is nearly 4 years old and is currently in Greece.

He was happily adopted 2 years ago but has been returned because his owner is moving back to her home country and cannot take him with her.

Little Pepe has only three legs, but this does not bother him in any way.

He was taken to a friend who could only offer Pepe a yard to stay in, but after 2 years of living in a home and sleeping on beds and sofas, a yard is no good for the poor boy. Pepe is very stressed and sad and obviously feels abandoned yet again.

Although Pepe is a hunting dog because he has lived as a house dog for two years this is less pronounced than in most dogs of this breed. You can read more about a working setters character and behaviour here.

Pepe had blood exams in November and tested negative to all Mediterranean diseases including Leish. Please read more about Leish here.

He is vaccinated, neutered and microchipped and ready to travel. Adopters are expected to pay an adoption fee and transport costs for their dog, this ranges from £350 – £550 depending on the sex, age and country the dog is travelling from. Please read more here.

Pepe is housetrained and also very friendly and gets on with other dogs.

He will need to be tested with children and cats as he did not live with any.

Please could we find this lovely boy a home in the UK.
